We actively refine our guardrails and system prompts to refuse requests that explicitly seek unearned answers, essay ghostwriting, or unethical academic bypasses.

4. Responsible & Ethical Data Handling

Learners trust Juunio with their academic materials, syllabi, notes, and study schedules. We safeguard this trust through strict data governance:

• We do not sell user data, personal profiles, or uploaded academic documents to third parties or advertising networks.
• Our commercial API agreements with foundation AI providers prohibit the use of your prompts, uploaded syllabi, and conversation transcripts for training public models.
• All data is encrypted in transit and at rest using enterprise-grade cryptographic standards.
• Users retain absolute ownership over their study records and may permanently delete files or accounts at any time.
